The presentation of Hamlet’s Denmark is first seen in the opening scene of Hamlet where the two guards enter and the first thing that is said is “who is there?” This immediately sets the mood of the whole play and to a certain extent what kind of state Denmark is in which is in a state of high alert, also the darkness and the mystery of who is there sets an ominous tone for the play and also sets an ominous mood for Denmark. It also suggests that the opening scene of Hamlet is set in the dark of night as they are unable to identify one another and so are on edge as to who the other person could be exactly.

Also when Bernardo says “long live the king” it shows that he is loyal to the current king of Denmark and by doing so proves that he is on the side of the other guard. This whilst establishing that both guards on the same side also shows that there could be an enemy and so the audience are able to conclude that currently Denmark is in a state of war. Throughout the whole of Act 1 scene 1 there is stichomythia where both Bernardo and Francisco have alternating lines and also there are blank verses that are broken up when Francisco says “Bernardo?” to which Bernardo replies in the same form of broken up blank verses “He.” By using this dramatic technique it suggests that the lines are spoken rather quickly one after the other which hints that there is some sort of tension between the two guards which is rather strange as they are only changing shifts and again this hints at the possibility that at that time there is some form of military instability in Denmark leaving everyone on edge.

In Act 1 scene 1 when Marcellus and the two sentinels see the ghost for the first time and they see that the ghost looks exactly like the late king hamlet “in the same figure like the king that’s dead.” Despite this they view it as a bad omen that maybe the men should have a military build up in Denmark in response to Fortinbras recruiting an army. Although Fortinbras’s army is supposed to be used against Poland, they fear he may attack Denmark to get revenge for his father’s death, and reclaim the land his father lost to King Hamlet. This is also backed up when they see the ghost in its full armour as the old king used to wear “such was the very armour he had on.” This again shows the risks that impose Denmark and how it is on the brink of war and the fact that the old king hamlet’s armour is discussed suggests that the old king was very much a war like king who was a hero to the people and so Denmark is going from a traditional war like place to a more political and diplomatically Denmark which can be seen when the new king Claudius sends a messenger to the king of Norway rather than confront the army which is being prepared to ensure that the army does not attack Denmark but merely passes through and goes to Poland.

In Act one scene 4 again the ghost is viewed as an omen on the fate of Denmark when Hamlet says to the ghost “Be thou a spirit of health or goblin damned,” so here it would be that Hamlet is asking the ghost is it an omen fro good health possibly to Denmark or is it a goblin. Then he goes on to say “Bring with thee airs from heaven or blasts from hell” this brings about the contrast and again an ominous mystery as to whether the ghost here is to bring gentle breezes or violent blighting gusts.

Also in scene 1 act 4 Marcellus says “something is rotten in the state of Denmark” this could refer to a number of things such as the new king Claudius marrying his bothers wife and becoming king or it would also be hinted at the ghost and it being an omen of bad news. Horatio replies to this “heaven will direct it.” This can be seen as Horatio saying that all that is currently wrong in Denmark in the end heaven will direct it all too good and that the heavens will make everything okay.

In conclusion the presentation of Denmark in Hamlet is very well done as it shows how the influential people of within Denmark affect the country as a whole.

If you’re planning to take a holiday in the African country of Madagascar, you may get more than the sunset beaches and jungle wildlife you bargained for. On an island where the line between fantasy and reality is very often blurred, here are four inhabitants that you may are so powerful that even taking out cheap travel insurance before your travels probably won’t protect you from their wrath:

Songaomby

A cheap travel insurance policy wouldn’t protect you from death if you were to meet this giant man-eating antelope; however it would pay for your medical bills if you were lucky enough to escape in the scuffle. However some words of advice, if you meet a songaomby, then don’t do as a German Zoologist did in 1876 and climb a tree. Whilst this would protect you from danger if you met a rhino or a lion, the songaomby has a special trick for getting you down. It urinates up the branches of the tree, the animal’s urine is strongly acidic and as you fall out of the tree it will simply gobble you up in one go.

Kalanaro

The kalanaro has been described as a small man-like animal with long fingernails and hair all over its body. Some people say it is almost lemur-like, whilst others are convinced that it is similar to the trolls and dwarfs that frequent certain northern European countries. The locals however believe that they are very much spiritual beings, and if your parenting skills haven’t been up to scratch lately then you may want to reconsider travelling to Madagascar. This is because, it is believed that kalanaro hunt for bad parents and when they are asleep replace their children with kalanaro offspring. Some locals reported an incident as recent as 1998, when their children were taken from their parents by the kalanaro, after it emerged that the parents weren’t cooking meat properly before serving it to their children. However, after their parents left honey and liquor for the kalanaro, the children were promptly returned.

Giant Man-Eating Tree

In 1881, Carl Liche reported how a virgin was sacrificed to a giant man-eating tree in Madagascar. If you think that the locals may take it upon themselves to feed you to a giant man-eating tree then taking out a cheap travel insurance might cover your court costs in the event of your trial. Of course, it wouldn’t protect you if you were found guilty but at least the imminent death would be fairly painless. Liche reported how the tree fastened its coils around the victim’s body and produced streams of honey coloured viscous fluid, which mingled together with the victim’s blood. Another instance of the man-eating tree had been repeated earlier in 1879. We can only imagine that both the observers had been smoking the leaves of a very different tree, when both these observations were made.

Bibyolona

Cheap travel insurance would certainly cover your medical fees if you were hit by an arrow from this half-man-half-horse. However, you only need to worry about spotting him if you’re travelling to Madagascar during the time of the half-moon. Bibyolona is always accompanied by a man, usually a witch or a politician, although we’re really not sure that we could tell difference, half-moon or not.

Have you wanted to set up a home worm farm, but been put off by the high cost of purchasing one of the neat “designer label” multi-tiered “vermicomposting” kits, promoted by garden centres and mail order companies? Well, let’s cut through the crap! – ITS ACTUALLY NO SECRET !!! -You can easily make your own DIY three bin kit for a just a few dollars and your worms will be as happy as little pigs in the yellow stuff, with no big bad wolf in sight. Moreover, you don’t need to be an expert handyman to achieve this!

  • Hardware stores, supermarkets and camping outlets sell tough, general purpose black (opaque) plastic storage containers for a very reasonable price. These are usually tapered so that they can be nested to facilitate stacking on the retailer’s shelves and come with a “snap-fit”ce lid. For your worm farm, you will need three of these tapered containers (but only one lid). For a simple home worm farm I would advise going for 12 gallon (45 litre) containers. Typically, they will be about 15 inches deep (400mm). You can go smaller, if you want.
  • In the first storage container, drill a 3/8 inch (15mm hole), centrally placed, in the side of the bin, just above the base. Insert a ½ inch (12mm) cheap plastic barrel or irrigation tap (with washers) into your hole and tighten fast with lock nuts – make sure you get a good seal – test by filling the container with tap water. This container is to be the lowest one in your stack and will retain the highly nutritional “worm tea” leachate, that will start dripping down from the composting bins above. Worm tea is a valuable liquid organic fertilizer, that can be diluted and used directly on your organic vegetables.

The two upper bins will actually hold the worms. They are to be identical and are prepared as follows : –

  • Drill a pattern of ¼ inch (6mm) holes across the entire base of each container for drainage and to allow drainage and the upward migration of the compost worms, these holes should be regularly spaced at approx two inch (50mm) centres in either direction.
  • For aeration, drill two rows of ¼ inch (6mm) holes at two inch (50mm) centres, in a continuous band around each of the bins. This band of holes would be about four inches (100mm) below the top rim of the bin.
  • It is not essential to drill holes in the lid, which is closed tightly over the upper bin. as you should get enough air through the sides.
  • You first set up the lower (sump) bin on bricks or blocks, allowing enough space to tap off the fluid from beneath it. Choose a shady location for the worm farm (in a shed or garage, if you are subject to frosts).
  • The second and third bins are “nested” within each other and dropped into the sump bin. To maintain a working space for the worms, and for accumulation of compost, you need a few spacers or packers of about six to eight inches height, between the two upper bins and some smaller packers of about four inches in the lower (sump) bin. You can use wood blocks or sealed food jars for packers. The packers also prevent the tapered worm bins from jamming together.
  • To prevent “nasty bugs” from squeezing in between the bins, you should close (caulk) the small gap between them with strips of shade cloth, or mosquito netting.

Now you are ready to go into production. Space prevents us from giving fully detailed notes here for the fine points of operating the system, such as choosing and feeding your worms, eradicating pests and maintaining the worm farm etc – you can visit our website for this information. However, just make sure that you cover the following points: –

  • Set up your worms in the top bin with a good (damp) fibrous bedding (or even shredded newspaper) and after a few days you will be ready to start feeding in your kitchen scraps. Cover the food with more bedding material to discourage pests and keep the lid closed.
  • Make sure the worm farm is never allowed to dry out, by sprinkling water over the bedding periodically, if there is not already enough moisture coming from the food scraps.
  • When the top bin has been fully productive for a while, the worms will multiply and compost will be start accumulating from the worm castings. When the quantity of compost is meaningful, stop putting feed into this bin and swap over the upper two bins by putting bin No 2 to the top of the stack, with bin No 1 now in the middle. Set up this new top bin with clean bedding, a small amount of the old castings and immediately start feeding your kitchen scraps into it. The worms will naturally migrate upwards towards the new food source, leaving the lower bin with only a few stragglers and ready for the harvesting of your compost within about three weeks after the swap.
  • All you need to do is to keep repeating the process of alternating the top two bins on a regular basis, taking out the compost, whenever it accumulates, and tapping off the worm tea from time to time. Use both products in your garden and grow delicious fully organic vegetables and stunning roses. Sit back and enjoy the fruit of your labours – your worms are doing most of the work anyway!

To see a detailed diagram of this simple worm farm, as described, and some illustrative photos, you can visit our web site at http://www.working-worms.com/

Happy worming!

Generational wealth consists of assets, holdings and monies that are passed on from one offspring to the next, and built upon by each generation. A family business is the first thing that comes to mind when many think of generational wealth. Wine vineyards, orange groves, tobacco farms, and sugar plants started by ancestors centuries ago continue to be passed down to children who build upon them and pass them along to their offspring in the form of inheritances.

Regrettably, African Americans have been left behind, disadvantaged, when it comes to passing on generational wealth because of a history rote with slavery. African Americans have made incredible strides in many areas, but generational wealth is one in which we need to play catch-up.

One of the fastest ways to pass on wealth to the next generation is by securing a simple life insurance policy. Parents, especially those who don’t have the means to leave an inheritance in holdings such as stocks, real estate and business, can certainly make up for lost time and leave their children an inheritance in the form of a life insurance policy.

A six figure policy, such as $100,000, can cost less than a couple hundred dollars PER YEAR. A $750,000 policy can cost less than $50 per month. (Age and health conditions will be the governing factors when it comes to insurance premium costs.)

Many experts, such as Clark Howard and Suze Orman, prefer term life insurance, versus a whole life policy. (To learn more about term versus whole life, perform a quick internet search.)

Regardless of the dollar amount of the policy you choose, or the type of policy you opt to leave for your children, consider leaving instructions with the monies so the inheritance can filter over into the lives of the generations beyond your own children.

For example, a will or trust (preferred) can be left with specific instructions or special stipulations that an executor of sorts can oversee and ensure are carried out before monies are dispersed to beneficiaries.

Here are some ideas for special stipulations that parents can consider when leaving an inheritance for their children in the form of life insurance:

–Malik Jr. will receive X amount of dollars upon completion of 4 years of college.

–Malik Jr. will receive additional funds in the amount of X dollars upon successful operation of his own business for three consecutive years.

–Samantha will receive X amount of dollars upon completion of a Masters Degree program.

–Samantha will receive additional funds in the amount of X dollars after purchasing her first investment property.

–Both Malik Jr. and Samantha will receive final disbursements in the amount of X dollars upon proof of securing life insurance policies for their own children (or, if they don’t have children, children of close relatives).

You can add special stipulations from the very simple to the ultra complex. The point, the goal, should be to nudge the children towards ventures that will assist them in building future wealth that can be added to (real estate, businesses) and passed along to the next generation.

Of course, consult with competent professionals who specialize in financial planning, wills and estates so your plan of action is solid.

Much success to you in devising a plan of action to build generational wealth for your family. And congratulations; you may be the beginning of something great that can positively impact the fabric of our community as a people forever.

How does Companion Planting work and what do I plant for which plants?

Companions help each other grow. Tall plants, for example, provide shade for sun-sensitive shorter plants. An example of this was the year the HerbFest sold "Elephant Ears" tropical plants so the heat sensitive French Tarragon, Dill, and Chervil could be plant underneath the large leaves providing shade during the hot part of the day.

Companions use garden space efficiently. Vining plants cover the ground, upright plants grow up. Two plants in one patch. This is double edged use of companion and a short exception to this rule is despite a vining plant is intended to "cover the ground" that may only be due to not thinking of using supports such as fencing, lattices, or overhead stringing to direct the "vining" aspect to a vertical aspect.

Example of this is cantaloupes or watermelons and having those plants trellissed up although only practical with certain watermelon varieties since the melons can get pretty heavy!

  • Companions prevent pest problems-Plants like onions repel some pests. Some plants repel insects, like marigolds, nasturtium, borage, thyme and oregano. Other plants can lure pests away from more desirable plants.
  • African marigold releases a chemical called thiopene which is a nematode repellent and these flowers are further used for companion planting. Santolina, also known as green or white lavender cotton, is a good insect repellent, especially for spinach and lettuce.
  • Thyme is a good protective border for the vegetable garden and repels fruit moths.
  • Keep ants away? Catnip, Mint, Onion, Peppermint, Spearmint, Tansy, Wormwood. Remember though in many situations ants are not harmful to the plants but may be undesirable to the gardener.
  • Slug repellent? Artemisia, Fennel, Garlic, Rosemary, Sage (Fennel is harmful to most plants especially beans, cucumbers and tomatoes) Opposite of this would be an attractant such as good ole Bud Light in a saucer. I chose Bud Light cause it's cheap and I can not stand it !!! 🙂
  • Geraniums repel cabin worms, Japanese beetles, and leafhoppers so if you're planting corn, grapes, peppers or cage, geraniums are also beneficial.

Marigolds and Garlic have a reputation for repelling a number of insect pests such as Aphids and Carrot Root Flies. The Mexican Marigold, Tagetes minuta or Muster-John-Henry, is an annual which grows to about 3 feet (that is flower tip, not total plant height). The roots have an insecticidal effect on nematodes and some effect on keeled slugs. Even better, furry varmints (such as deer, rabbits, woodchucks, voles, and squirrels) find them completely unpalatable, and neither insects nor diseases are a major problem.

Companions attract beneficial insects- The following plants, when sown near tomatoes are beneficial:

  • Basil – Probably the most widely used companion for tomatoes, basil joins bees to aid in pollination, as well as repels whitefly, aphids and spider mites. Basil sprays are also thought to destroy these same pests, while some gardeners also believe that tomatoes grow near basil will also produce tomatoes with a basil tinged flavor. And of course, using basil as a companion also provides plenty of this lovely herb for your kitchen.
  • Nasturtiums – Thought to reduce the chances of fungal attack on your tomatoes and to also repel aphids and Green Shield beetles.
  • Stinging Nettles – Scientifically proven to dramatically increase the overall yield of tomato plants as well as to deter fungal disease.
  • Borage – Attracts beneficial insects.
  • Lemon Balm – Attracts beneficial insects.
  • Umbilliferae – A family which includes parsley, parsnips, carrots and others that joins hoverflies which in both mature and larvae form feed on a wide host of tomato pests.
  • French Marigolds – Neither nematodes, nor whiteflies like marigolds, which makes them a wonderful companion for tomatoes, as well as others.
  • Thyme, Asparagus, Foxglove, Lavender and Garlic are also good companions to be intercropped with tomatoes.

On a final note, Rosemary, Potatoes, Kohlrabi, Fennel, Strawberries, members of the Brassica family (Cabbage, Kale, etc) and Dill should not be plant near tomatoes for these plants often attract pests which will attack tomatoes.

Every successful garden needs plants that attract the predators of pests – humans included :).

Since its founding, America is and has always been a country obsessed with sorting people into specific categories. These categories, most notably race, were often created and emphasized to exclude people from enjoying certain privileges if they did not fall into the “white” category. Whether it’s through your race, gender or sexuality everyone is still categorized in one way or another. This strange sorting habit has created deep seeded social issues that can only be resolved through leadership.

A personal example of America’s obsession with boxes is how my mixed race has often brought confusion to myself and others. My mother is white while my father is black and as a result I was a mix of the two. However, my birth certificate states that I am an African-American even though I am 50% white. Growing up, I found it hard to find a specific group to fit into and there was always immense pressure for me to literally choose whether I was “more black” or “more white”. Upon meeting someone new, My 4 mixed siblings and I are often asked “what are you?” To me, this wish to group a stranger into a race seems related to early Americas need to decide worth through group affiliation. My foot did not fit perfectly into Prince Charming’s fragile glass slipper or even completely into the peasant’s straw sandals. To the confusion of others, I’ve lived my life walking around barefoot.

From social inequality comes a need to establish change. This change comes to us the form of the term “social justice”. Social justice describes a society where certain groups of people are not excluded from having the same resources, opportunities, and wealth as others because of who they are. As social justice has become increasingly sought after by American citizens, the need for leaders to help foster a society without exclusion has increased.

The relationship between leadership and social justice is characterized by the need for social change. To change the deeply embedded systems of inequality in American society, there must be a considerable amount of citizen collaboration. Social change leadership is a leadership style that focuses on creating citizen leaders who will commit themselves to producing fundamental change through collective collaboration with other like minded citizens. This is one method of leadership that is specifically used to create long-lasting social change rather than produce short-term results.

It is important for people to apply this method of leadership because society is complicated and there is no one simple solution for dismantling complex systems where social inequality is still widely present. Tackling this complex issue requires dedication and collaboration from people who are driven to look beyond their own worlds to put forth an effort to make contributions to society as a whole.

While Leadership is a response to the increasing desire for our society to become socially equal, I believe it is important to note that leadership styles are modified by the times and goals of the people. For most its existence, America has fostered classification systems that decide an individual’s worth and access to various resources. This unfair treatment of people within a society created a need for change and thus created a need for leadership.

Before we look into different types of entertainment, first let’s define what entertainment is. Entertainment is any kind of activity that provides amusement for people in a passive way, other entertaining activities that involve participating are considered recreation or hobbies.

There are many types of entertainment for particular tastes, for example we have cinema, theatre, sports, games, social dance, concert, comedy shows, animations, impressionists, clowns and the list goes on and on.

These form of entertainment can than be divided into groups according to the age and interest of the people being entertained. For instance we have child , adult , live action , public and corporate entertainment. In this article we’ll give a brief explanation to some of these forms.

Child Entertainment

Kids need to be entertained and some times the entertainer or the entertainment agency needs to find a balance between mental and physical activities. Clowns, puppets, pantomimes and cartoons tend to appeal to children, though adult might find it enjoyable too.

Adult Entertainment

Adult Entertainment many times is related to the sex industry, but this form of entertainment can not be related only with the sex industry and its branches. Adult Entertainment involves things like music concerts, live sports, opera and a hand full of other activities that kids might not find so appealing.

Live Entertainment

This form of entertainment is broadened to all ages as there are a variety of activities that can labelled as live entertainment. For instance music concerts, live TV shows, live sports, theatres and any other activity that you could think of that is aimed to amuse people.

Public Entertainment

Nowadays probably one of the forms of entertainment that have grown the most, thanks to the economic downturn. When you walk around any major city around Europe you will notice a wide range of public entertainers working for any amount of money the public decides to give them. There are public entertainers of all sorts from mimes to Peruvian Flute bands all working with the uncertainty of how much money they will make, that is why they tend to be more common in major cities where there are more tourists.

Corporate Entertainment

Aimed for corporate events, private parties, award ceremonies, product launches and it is better organized by a professional entertainment agency as most of time these events involve hundreds maybe thousands of people and no one better than the professionals to take care of these form of entertainment.

With these we cover the major forms of entertainment n the following article I’ll explain in depth each one of them with more details and examples.

We recognize Ruby Bridges for her life's work as a civil rights leader and activist; we find an unsightly caricature of Ruby's historic walk through a snarling angry crowd with new education secretary Betsy DeVos depicted as Ruby. This depiction exemplifies how little understanding of race discrimination in America has been attained ..

But for racial subjugation Ruby Bridges would not have needed federal marshals to escort her to attend a heretofore segregated public school in New Orleans. But for racial animus she would not have been taught in an isolated setting by Barbara Henry; whose integrity led her to offer this brave child the best education she could provide her. That teacher Barbara Henry, and her student, Ruby represents the best of the American legacy. This Bridges experience is captured too in a retrospective entitled "Lasting Impact", which summarizes the historical effect of this heroic act.

Today, Segregation is illegal in America and no longer happens. A large amount of racism has left our society, however, not all of it has been eliminated. Hopefully one day, racism will be a subject only spoken about in history textbooks.

DeVos' caricature of Bridges is classic to American culture. This cultural practice is summarized in the following quote from Bridget Cooke's "Fixing Racial Representations of African- Americans at the World's Columbian Exposition, Chicago, 1893". This excerpt explains causations for the use of stereotypes to minimize the positive reality of African descent Americans. Whites created the culture of segregation in large part to counter black success, to make a myth of absolute racial difference, to stop the rising. Racial essentialism, the conception of sets of personal characteristics as biologically determined racial identities, greatness in popularity among whites in tandem with the rise of the new black middle class and its increasing visibility, especially in cities.

This American legacy extends to me as well, in Los Angeles, California where I was born. I am more than a decade older than Ruby but attended integrated schools. I too had boosts from my nurturing family as well as key teachers along my way.

In John Muir Junior High School where I attended school, someone would always manage to treat me of my bus ticket book leaving me with a miles long trudge to school. Enter my Barbara Henry, Mrs. Ackerman. Mrs Ackerman was my science teacher who was a German immigrant. She would look for me on my march to school and offered me that much appreciated ride to school.

Then she would allow me early access to her classroom. During these early morning sessions she taught me a means of recognizing my own exceptional intelligence through a mini astronomy lesson where she gave me the eagle's view of my ability to extrapolate. I would leave John Muir and go on to graduate cum laude from high in a class of 1200. This led to a scholarship to college.

In the fifty-eight years since these mornings with Mrs. Ackerman I have shown my passion for this American legacy serving students and staff in a way that led to:

First woman of my hue to become a high school principal in the state of Colorado

Winner of the following distinctions

Milken National Educational Leader

Outstanding Individual in Schools for the state of Colorado

Educator of the Year

Election to the School Board the first of my hue and female in over 140 years

Post Retirement:

Fellowships to Harvard

More to tell. For now thank you colleagues Ruby, Barbara, Mrs Ackerman

The year's 2099, humanity's somehow managed not to blow itself up yet. It's been 96 years since the human genome was sequenced and Dolly the sheep was cloned. Pity that all the sheep went extinct sometime during 2049. The Humans time traveled to the future and also returned in time to catch the latest edition of the Superbowl as there's no Superbowl in the future, the whole of America's overrun with soccer. Artificial Intelligence was implemented but soon discarded after robots with AI started displaying human characteristics like laziness, sleeping too much, asking for a salary amongst other things, contrary the belief that they would take over the world. Humanity's still as close to developing Nuclear Fusion as it was in the year 2016; that is not even close. Cars though have started to run on water which has now proceeded to become more expensive than gasoline.

After successfully colonizing Mars, the inmates of the red planet have now started demanding freedom from earth citing over interference by the earth authorities in their day to day affairs. Apple after much protests has finally agreed to bring back the headphone slot it removed during the start of the century.

As humanity dreams about the future, here's a look at its origins through some recipes, featured in the 6th issue of "Genetic Alchemy Cookbook" magazine describing how to create African tribes:

Zulu warrior

Ingredients: E1b1a 55%, E2 21%, B 20%, A 3%, Other 1%

Directions: In a medium bowl, combine the 55% of E1b1a gene, 21% of E2, 20% of B, add little bit of A (around 3%) mix it well, cook until you see spears and voila! you just made a Zulu warrior.

Pygmy hunter

Ingredients: B 56%, E1b1a 31%, A 4%, E2 4%, R1b 4%, Other 1%

Directions: To make a Pygmy hunter you need to blend 56% of gene B with 31% of E1b1a, add small amounts of A, E2 and R1b genes (approx. 4% each), leave for 5 minutes to equilibrate. If unable to get the percentages right, go get a Mathematics degree in the meanime. Preheat oven and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit, until golden brown. Congratulations! You just made Pygmy hunter.

Bantu People:

Ingredients: E1b1a 60%, E2 14%, B 9%, E1b1b 8%, A 6%, Other 3%

Directions: To make the Bantu people, take a saucepan and pour about 60% of E1b1a and 14% of E2 genes leftover last night's party. Now in a blender pour 9% B and 8% of E1b1b genes and blend till you can not make out the difference. Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan and sauté till its medium brown. Take care not to burn the same or risk the wrath of the Bantu people. Finally garnish it with approximately 6% of A and 3% of other genes. And voila! You have the Bantu people.

Tuareg fighter:

Ingredients: E1b1b 62%, E1b1a 24%, R1b 13%, Other 1%

Directions: Take a salad bowl and cover the whole surface with 62% of the E1b1b gene. Now in a separate bowl take 24% of E1b1a, 13% of R1b and 1% of other genes and whip them with ample amount of water to create a perfect sauce. Now add this sauce to the salad bowl and toss until fully mixed. And believe it or not you have your personal Tuareg fighter.

PS: If you are unsure about any measurement, feel free to do a Facetime with any Tuareg fighter you know.

Hausa Tribe:

Ingredients: R1b 40%, B 16%, A 13%, E1b1a 13%, E1b1b 4%, Other 14%

Directions: Go to your backyard and fire up the barbecue you got last Christmas. Take a barbecue skewer and fill it up with 40% R1b, 16% B, 13% A, 13% E1b1a, 4% Eibib and 14% of other genes so that you get a really colorful mix. Make sure that you get the measurements absolutely right otherwise the Hausa will be missing a leg. Place the skewer on the barbecue until it's fully grilled. And you sir / madam have a Hausa Tribe.
